Customer: any professional or individual within the meaning of Articles 1133 et seq of the Civil Code, or any legal entity who visits the Website covered by these general terms and conditions.

7. Management of personal data.
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the Law of 21 June 2014 concerning Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Law of 6 August 2004 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016–679).
7.1 Parties responsible for collecting personal data
For the Personal Data collected in the context of creating the User’s personal account and their browsing on the Website, the party responsible for processing Personal Data is: AD-HOC HD SRL. https://adhoc-hd.be/ is represented by Haeck David, its legal representative
As data controller for the data it collects, https://adhoc-hd.be/ agrees to comply with the legal provisions in effect. It is the Client’s responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospective clients and clients, from the collection of their consent, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain an accurate record of the processing carried out.
Each time that https://adhoc-hd.be/ processes Personal Data, https://adhoc-hd.be/ takes every reasonable measure to ensure the relevance of the Personal Data to the purposes for which https://adhoc-hd.be/ processes said data.
7.2 Purpose of the data collected

7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data

https://adhoc-hd.be/ undertakes to make every effort to maintain the security of information and, in particular, to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorised individuals. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s information is brought to the attention of https://adhoc-hd.be/, it shall inform the Customer of this as soon as possible and advise them of any corrective measures taken. In addition, https://adhoc-hd.be/ does not collect ‘sensitive data’.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of https://adhoc-hd.be/ and subcontractors (service providers) exclusively for the purposes set out in this policy.
Within the limit of their respective powers, and for the purposes outlined below, the main parties likely to have access to https://adhoc-hd.be/ Users’ data are our customer service agents.
8. Incident notification
No matter how much effort is made, no method of online transmission and no electronic-storage method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security breach, we shall notify the affected users so that they may take the appropriate measures. 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
